Shipping and Returns

We understand that the wedding planning process can be stressful, hence we would like to help you to try to avoid returns. We are more than happy to give you some advice that would help you narrow down your choice for the perfect veil. We encourage you to send us pictures of the wedding gown and the items you plan to wear. We are more than happy to help you pick or design a wedding veil that coordinates to your wedding dress. 

There are different ways to wear a wedding veil, and the way it is placed can change the look. Please refer to Ways to Wear if you are unsure.

Product Description:

We put a lot of thought and care in our product descriptions including the dimensions and the colour so that they are correct. Any errors or omission made on our website or in any document issued by Belles and Veils is subject to correction without any liability on our part. Should an item described on our website become unavailable, we shall endeavour offer an alternative of the same quality and value which is subject to your decline if unsuitable. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Production Time:

All of our items are unique in its own way. Our wedding veils are all handmade to order with much delicate detail and care. Like your bridal gown, quality wedding veils should be bought in advance rather than left in the last couple weeks prior to the wedding day. We advise our brides to order wedding veils at least 4 or 5 months in advance.

Please allow 15 working days for production plus shipping and delivery time. Some of our veils as stated on our website may need a longer production time due to the complexity of the detail and embroidery made on the wedding veil.

Shipping

To HONG KONG, CHINA

All orders are delivered in working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) . The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days after dispatch.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We use Hong Kong Post / S.F Express as our standard shipping and the delivery time is usually within 1-2 weeks. Hong Kong Post / S.F Express allows you to track the status of the package.  Please take note that it might take a few more days to deliver to remote areas.
 
We recommend not to wait until the last minute to purchase your items, as we are unable to guarantee and control the delivery dates of the local courier in your country using standard shipping method. However, you may choose to upgrade the shipping method to UPS which a delivery window could be guaranteed. If this is what you needed, please contact us for an UPS shipping quote.

 

Returns and Refunds

It is our mission to provide the highest customer satisfaction and a stress-free shopping experience. To ensure of that, we offer a 5 days refund or exchange policy (5 days from the date delivered to your address). The refund or exchanges will be accepted if we are notified within 5 days of the receipt and the customer is required to pay the return shipping.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: House 101, Hill Top Garden, Pun Shan Chau, Tai Po, Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund:


The returned item will need to be in the same condition as it was received, not used or worn. Tags should not be removed and still intact. We will refund the price of the piece minus 30% handling fees excluding shipping.

Exchange:

The returned item will need to be in the same condition as it was received and not used or worn. 0% handling fees will be charged for an exchange but the customer is required to pay for all the shipping fees incurred. If the newly selected item for exchange has a lower value than the returned item, we will refund the balance value excluding shipping. If the newly selected item for exchange has a higher value than the returned item, additional payment will be required to settle the cost difference.

Once a refund/exchange is agreed, please kindly ship back the item using an insured shipping method. If the item received is damaged and not being insured, we will minus the damage cost from the refund amount. We will complete the refund process within a week once we've received the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to try to alleviate stress from the bride with our wedding veils, however, if you do change your mind (and we hope not!) you have the eligibility to cancel your order. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. Orders that are cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price. Orders that are cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price. Orders cancelled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
